Course Details

Embroidery is an art form that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. It is easy to learn, even for those with no prior artistic experience. Through embroidery, young people can develop a meaningful skill rooted in culture and tradition while cultivating their creativity, aesthetic appreciation, and artistic vision. For older learners, embroidery offers a rewarding way to enrich daily life, encourage mindfulness, and foster personal growth.

Our association combines strong theoretical foundations with hands-on, practical instruction. By the end of the course, students are expected to achieve either an elementary or intermediate level of embroidery proficiency, depending on their progress and the course level.

Course Structure

The elementary class will include two pieces over a period of 10 lessons

First Piece: Panjin Embroidery (Gold Thread Embroidery)

Students will master foundational techniques, build a solid embroidery groundwork, and practice fluid needle movement.

To be completed in 5 lessons

Students will master the essentials of colour matching and learn simple techniques such as satin stitch and stem stitch. The training focuses on the eight core traditional embroidery qualities: "Evenness, Neatness, Delicacy, Closeness, Uniformity, Smoothness, Harmony, and Lustre."

To be completed in 5 lessons.
